HR Revolution Summit 2013

The must haves for HR Leaders today include with skills to interpret, analyze, and monitor trends, initiatives, and the strategic plans for the organization. The CHRO role will refine the organization’s mission and develop both short- and long-term strategic business/human capital goals.

With the goal to create next generation HR leaders in mind, theHR Revolution Summit 2013 was designed to amplify the necessity for HR leader to master creativity, productivity and innovation.In even more challenging times, the more value HR can bring to the business, the more the business will value HR. In such environment HR leaders will need to put aside the narrow metrics of HR activities and focus on broader business outcomes instead. As opposed to being transactional, a HR leader must be transformational and revolutionized.

On the second day, a panel discussion took place and ideas such as “If I could change 1 thing about HR” were exchanged.The session was productive and interactive as it invites all the delegates and speakers to share and exchange ideas on change management in HR.
