Kuala Lumpur, June 2014 – Capsource Sdn Bhd has successfully organized “Strategic Planning for Decision Makers” by international author of Amazon bestselling books on “Good Thinking”.  With more than 20 years’ of experience as a management consultant who helped company leaders build improvement and innovation capability in their companies amazed Malaysian decision makers. His humorous approach mixed with clear instructions made this two day session a classic hit. 

 

As result of anti-traditional approach, facilitator managed to involve every participant in every activity. A lots of hands on examples and ideas that can be implemented in participants’ organization besides planning methodology trainer focused on different characteristics of people that effect planning. 

Internationally experienced facilitator structured this session on training manual where he emphasized to participants that planning methodology is based on manual. His clear instructions lead to new ideas and making sure that those ideas are incorporated into company planning as well as implementing process. This session was such an eye opener that drove many resources of ideas and usage of structured method to streamline ideas to successful planning and alternative decisions.
